Subject: Aluminum Single Tank Adapter

I've built a single tank adapter out of 2" Aluminum channel, and things 
look fine.

The only concern I have is that the edges of the channel will scratch the 
galvanizing on my tanks where they meet.

Has anyone had this problem? What's to be done about it?
