Didn't I just see Billy on Discovery (Explore Your World!) Channel?

Isn't he the one running that boat of divers that wore force fins, and 
then didn't he demonstrate the proper method of hitting his computer to 
turn it on?

I swear I saw redundant bladders and bondage wings, as well as neoprene 
dry suits and lights on helmets...
