If you are going to create this list, what is going to be the criteria, who 
will judge, who is qualified to judge.

Watch out for those out there that are self appointed judge, jury, and 
executioner.

Is the WKPP right and the others wrong. Let us all not start something 
without equal standard to evaluate against. There are to much mud throwing 
and options expressed without real fact on these lists at times.

So off the soaps box and did it right for a change. You need the cert 
agencies talking, agree on a national to international standard or 
establish an ANSI, then have the instructors meet it.

Thanks for the response. Instead of listing the bad instructors would it
be possible to list the good ones. Those who have proven there worth as
divers and instructors. I was lucky and found a great one off the start,
but some people are gullible and some instructors are better salesmen
than divers. these are the dangerous ones.
