Actually, you are doing both of you a favor - you avoiding unecessary
hassles, and you are providing the supplier with an out if anyone ever come
after them for selling gas to a diver.

BTW, it's usually easier if you have the gas delivered - the guys who drive
the trucks aren't nerly as fussy as the guys in the office, and they don't
know what you told the guy at the office, or care.
