Gas suppliers tend to be very rigid, cautious and unimaginative, and their
default response to anything unfamiliar is "No". Walking in and telling
them you want to breathe the stuff, deep underwater, is just asking for
trouble. Anyone buying gas for mixing on a regular basis should equip
themselves with a letterhead biz name, the more anonymous and less
revealing the better.
