Gee, I almost envy you guys up there, you can drive right out to the wreck,
hack 
a hole in the ice and wreck dive. No waves, no boat fees, just surface support 
to hack the hole out again in case it has refrozen at the end of the dive.

I'm surprised you could find "The Willie", I don't think I could find mine in
32 
degree (F) water!
