That 95% or all underwatercaves didn't live near new cave divers?

Seriously, isn't this just a predictable result of the attitudes that are
constantly being promogulated and reinforced on this group? That cave
divers represent the cutting edge of tech diving technology, that there is
no other way to dive safely/well, that cave diving training/practices are
the key to diving efficently and safely anywhere, and that only a select
few - virtually all of whom are Fl. cave instructors - are competent to
give that training?
