John -  From some of the discussion on CIS re: mixing, I was just
wondering... is the Aviator Oxygen (ABO, I think) that has been
discussed considered to be "medical grade" and thus under the
purview of the FDA?  Is the distinction that the oxygen be used
by humans, so ABO would be included?
