Take a look a the work of one Dr. Seuss (yes that's really his name).  While
at Scripps as a Student of Dr. Isaccs he mixed 2% hydrogen into his gas and
brought it out over a platinum catalyst in his IP line.  130 degree moist air!
Interesting concept but care is required.
