I made a mold with 2 inch, 45 degree angle iron.  I melt the lead in a cast
iron skillet and pour it in.  Definitely not mass production, but it's
worked well for me and the guys I dive with.  The mold need not be over
91/2" long and you can cut to length for desired weight------Jason
