These Viton material are much harder than regular Nitril. If the regular
rings tends to mush maybe the Viton material is the answer.
I spoke with a major O-ring manufacture/distributor, who have  ANY size and
material available.
They told me that the regular Nitril O-rings, when you have cleaned them,
are just fine for oxygen use within normal temperature range.
