Argon comes in 2400 psi cylinders -- this can be trasnfilled in to most any 2015 pony tank for use profiving a full fill ---- for 3000 psi cylinders, just top them off with air, if you start out warm (ie right undergarments and physically warm to begin with) this works fine and eliminates your whole "garbage bag" pumping. Another way which works much better than the "garbage bag" is to Haskel (booster pump) the Argon into 3500 psi scuba cylinders and transfill from those.
