Lyle, I have one set of 121's that go positive one pound emtpy with the manifold and bands, and another that are negative . The floaters are from the first batch sold here, the others are more recent. The heavy 104's are 1984, the light ones 1987. The aluminums have all kinds of dates, and I have ones that differ in the same year.
