As an owner of a well respected bogus agency I object to your tossing TDI into the same classification. Real bogus agencies like OFDA and GOD don't do the dumb things you are talking about. We don't push deep air. We don't make you take three nitrox classes to get a mix card. In the OFDA program the technical cards are sold at cost or below and you get a quantity discount and never have to get them in an arbitrary and rigid order. Just order what you want. A web search will also turn it up but you will have to wade past a bunch of Oregon Funeral Directors Association hits to find it.
