Dont bother with an exact box. Even us stupid PADI instructors know
that is the hard way to do it.

Build any box that is big enough and put an overflow pipe that leads to
a bucket (5 gal white plastic). Fill the box up to the overflow, weigh
the empty plastic bucket, stuff the tank in the box, catch the water
in the bucket, weigh the bucket again, subtract, etc.

Even a contractor should be able to do it right. Archemedes figured
it out a long time ago and named a Northern California town about it.
