I am doing some research into the long-term effects of pressure on
organisms, and was going to look specifically at the effects of
saturation diving on the divers.  The whole deco/ gas mix/
vasoconstriction argument is not really on topic, as I simply am looking
at the effects of pressure (problems upon ascent are irrelevant).  I was
wondering if anyone knew if there was any up to date research in this
area, and who published it.
