Allied Healthcare products has issued a recall notice on its L270-020
O2 regulators after 6 reported fires in the last 3 years.

The regs are used on some O2 kits sold by DAN.

The company ran an ad in the September/October 97 issue of Alert Diver (DAN's 
magazine) on page 17.

They have a retrofit kit (a new filter essentially). You can call 800-231-5273
for more info.
