Subject: Re: O2 Regulator recall after fires

Some fire departments are having problems with the same reg. Couple of guys
seriously burned. Some of the investigations revealed that the regulators
split causing the O2 to come in contact with hydrocarbons (on the persons
hands, onte cylinder, etc.).
