Glenn, this is silly - we all use the steel plate for our rebreahters and the faber tanks. The only difference is that it requires weighbelt stops behind the lower slots to keep the webbing from slipping. Crossing the harness or having other than a continuous peice of webbing is for strokes who do not know any better. There is a diagram and all. I realize that it is tough to get real infomation out there, and that is because the manfacturers are mostly complete idiots, and the storkes outnubmjer the pros. You can buy these things completely rigged out properly from Brownies Third Lung in Ft Lauderdale.
