He was deviating from accepted principles of > configuration. From the techdiver koans: The story is told that one fine day, the Master, Bill Hogarth Main himself, went to go try out a new variation on his system. He encountered some novices at the divesite, who, not recognising him, said "We are diving the Hogarthian System and you are not. Therefore you are a Stroke." On that day, who was Hogarthian? A well-thought-through system transcends rigid adherance to a set formula. Don't muck with the system until you fully understand it. And BTW, lose that Dive-Rite MLS. I have twice the amp-hours and a third as many O-rings in a light that cost me half as much. And it fits on my belt properly. -- Anthony DeBoer http://www.onramp.ca/~adb/ adb@he*.re*.or* (here) adb@ge*.co* (work) #include "std.disclaimer" -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
