What they have advocated is persuading people that lack common sense *not* to use the tank, and I suggest the skull and crossbones would do very nicely as a label for this purpose. I, personally, doubt whether an extra portion of lunch and a less crowded dive deck would quite make up for the hassle of having one's argon tank impounded by the coroner's office.
