No, you are wrong. I pay you asshole diveshop operators for every fill. I 
spend piles of money at diveshops, so quit whining.

So, you have the rules plainly posted that there should be no oxygen or 
anything else in the tanks to get a fill. This is great, you give the 
divers the opportunity to leave your shop and go somewhere else. Very 
sporting of you.
