Andy,

If you come in with the senario you spelled out...   YES i will top your
tanks.  Because you told me that the tanks contained He and O2 I would
request a trimix cert.  If you didn't tell me what the tanks contained I
would make the assumtion it was only air.  I don't anilize tanks as they
come in for a fill!!

By you telling me what was in the tank you place a certin amount of
liability on me so now you need to fill out the waver and mark the tanks
with the MOD and contents.  Your anilizer or eather of the two in the shop
or for that matter mine or the guy down the street...  I don't care what
anilizer you use as long as YOU anilize your tanks and sign the waver.  As
for no O2 clean, You added the O2.  When you brought the tanks in the FO2
was <40%.  No problem!!  As for the duct tape I will supply you with that
and a perminant marker to write on it with.

No PROBLEM!!!
