Robert, if the tanks are banded together and joined with a manifold
(isolotation manifold) do both tanks have to have the green and yellow
sticker on them or can one of the tanks have a sticker that says: "If you who
are about to fill this set of duel tanks think that both of these tanks need
a stupid green and yellow sticker, please keep your dick skinners off my dive
equipment."?  Would it be ok if the statement sticker was yellow with green
printing?
