Easy fills -Yes, but less rust?? Have you read the OMS folder?

If the PPo2 was a problem, then steel Oxygen tanks would be impossible,
but welding tanks last some 30 to 40 years, and I've seen 25 year old
300 bar air tanks still in service. 

This reminds me of an old PADI text that said that the fO2 would decrease
to low levels if the tanks were left with "old" air. I found that the
tank had to contain some 10% water for the fO2 to drop from 21% to 16%
