For what it's worth my config is:

- Steel tanks because steel has better buoyancy characteristics (negative)
- Doubles for enough air for deco or bottom times
- DIN manifold because they are slicker than yokes
- Isolator manifold for redundancy

What size would depend on what kind of diving you do. 95-104's are
sufficient for most dives (bottom air in doubles, stages for deco). 120's
if you are a hoover or go really deep or really long.

- LP's are generally better than HP's for easy fills, less rust
- Scubapro, SeaElete, Diverite manifolds are the only ones worth a damn
- Diverite bands are the best
- only difference between 200 and 300 bar DIN is thread depth, you can
use a yoke plug with the 200's (great for fills when they have 8 yoke
whips and only 1 DIN whip)
- Isolator manifold is a must for true redundant systems
- Independent doubles are only used by idiots
