We had a couple of these a few years ago (the Cochran version), and the units
took more trips back to Beuchat than they did to the water. If the new 
computer is anything like the old version you are in for a major headache!
If the dive store who sold you this computer has sold them to other people
then they know what is up, and should have sold you something else. It's not
worth the headache of pissed-off customers, and sending them back to Beuchat
time and time again. The store must not value you as a customer. I'd be pissed
about that too.
