Buy a TLS suit to wear on the inside.

But seriously, put the suit in water and inflate it to find where
the leak is. Use your patch kit, or Aquaseal to plug the hole.
Make sure it is not your valves leaking - they may need to be
serviced.

Thinning the Aquaseal with Cotol 240 works best. You may need to
sand the nylon to get a good hold. Prime the surface with Cotol
first.

Or, you can send it to a dry suit repair shop and pay through 
the nose.
