The triangular lead bars are homemade.  My Father and I made some by
melting regular lead weights ( can also use wheel weights if you clean them
up and clip off the metal) into a cast iron skillet using a blow torch. 
The melting occurred pretty fast.  As soon as all the lead was fluid, I
poured it into a small form made from 45 degree angle iron.  The bar was
initially 12" long and later had to be cut to about 9" to fit between the
bands on the double tanks.  For reference, the bar will weigh about 1.1 lbs
per inch if using the above angle iron and filling the form to about 1/4"
from the top.  Figure out how much weight you need and make the form
accordingly.  Let the thing totally cool, otherwise it will break upon
removal from the form.  It works great and it's nice not to have a weight
belt------Jason
