Looks like a Dive Rite ABS back plate and single tank adapter to me. 
However, I bought it from Brownie's Third Lung in Florida.  They rig the
harness and back plate according to WKPP specs.  Nothing for me to do
but take it out of the box and go diving.   Their number is
954-462-5570, ask for Larry Coyne.  I forget what I paid, but it was
very reasonable.
