No, there is no truth to this. Plus when you need a new or long hose, you will have to purchase a Dacor unit. Now, when a company has a lock on your pocketbook like this, what do they tend to do? Give you a nice, cheap price? BAAAAAHAHAHAHA, Hell no,they make you bend over and grab ankles as they charge 4X as much as a standard hose. Which, by the way, will deliver more air than you will ever be able to breath.
