Subject: Re: IANTD Conference
Lyle, on a serious note, Bill Stone has taken money from so many
people that he has to let them play. He has to dive Jim King, Mark
Leonard, and other buffoons who are totally incapable, as well as let
his many sponsors into Wakulla. I , on the other hand , allow nobody who
is unqualified to dive no matter what they do, what they spend , or what
they give me. I take this extremely serously, and will not compromise
for anytone or anything, but then, look who has the long term access,
who gets the results, and who dives while Stone and co talk.

I can go anywhere in that cave in one day, with no notice, or
anywhere else in Leon Sinks in one shot, and the equipment we use was
developed by active members of our team, with their own money. I do not
see anyone from Scuba Pro asking me to dive, although they sponsor us
for regs, I do not see Dick Long asking to dive because of the suits, I
do not see Arnie Jackson asking to dive, I do not see Jack Kellon asking
to dive, although he shows up and supervises, and drinks all the coffee.
I do not see Air Products wanting to dive, or anybody from E.P.A., nor
do I have anyone who has helped or supoorted us asking for anything, and
I plan to keep it that way.

That is how it should be, and is. -G
