Am new to this group as well as to the internet. I have been diving for
several years however and hold open water/icediver/public saftey
diver/and dive rescue certs. I am a member and officer of the SouthEast
Search and Rescue Team (southeastern North Dakota). We are a small
non-profit organization formed to meet the needs of water related search
and rescue emergencies in our area of the state. My area of interest lies
mainly in finding and utilizing materials for informing and training my
fellow team members. Search patterns and techniques, cold water
physiology, rapid water, and zero visibility information to name just a
few items are of interest to me. The ice is just going off our area
waters and it is time our members knuckled down to some hard and fast
training. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
