Yes, I use one of these myself. PEP boys had one on sale for a Yugo for $19.95 in their bargin bin. Unfortunately they only register at exaust gas temperatures so what you have to do is create a sensor warmer to get an accurate reading- Air in --------------||------------- <-old tailpipe Propane ________==== Torch --------____ FLAMES (HOT) -----------------------||---- ^ Yugo ox sensor Be careful on high oxygen mixtures as the flames will project out the end of your tailpipe two to three feet and could singe the unwary. Total cost about $30 dollars. The only drawback is you have to figure in propane usage in your overall gas bill.
