Some pretty amazing dives have been made on Mk10 & 20's using a variety
of gases. Why the concern? Do you have a respiratory problem? Smoke
cigarettes? The nitrox & titanium stuff is a bunch of marketing hoohaa
and bullshit. Don't be a sucker.

I have been using nitrox with my plainjane Mk 10's for many many tanks
and so far I have neither blown up or burst into flames. And as far as
weight (AL, TI etc.) is concerned, whatever you take off the regs you
will have to put on somewhere else.

BUT you will have great oneupsmanship on the diveboat. S/He- "Say, what
kind of reg is that?" You- "Why, it's TITANIUM" And there you go.
Hopefully, if it's a babe, you will get laid. If it's a guy, he will
figure you a Manly Dive God and will help you hump your gear off the
boat. Might even clean your fish for you. (Hmmmm, maybe I'll go get me
one o' these atomic dudes).
