I used to run a ScubaPro D400 off my Odin first stage when I needed a DIN first stage. I did it because I prefer the D400 to the Odin 2nd but I didn't have DIN on my MK20s. Now that I installed DIN adaptors on my ScubaPro MK20s the Odin stays on the deco bottle because I like the MK20s. Anyway, I never had the slightest problem. What are you worried about? The only variable I can see that would affect 2nd stage performance is the intermediate pressure of the 1st stage. Is there some other variable that I'm forgetting? Without having the specs in front of me, I think that the Odin 2nd stage can handle a higher intermediate pressure, something like 140-170 psi??? while the D400 specs say keep it at 140 psi. Help me out if my numbers are wrong folks, I'm just guessing. But, I think an Odin properly tuned to the lower end of the recommended intermediate pressure range should be set perfectly for a D400. --Kent Lind Tom Mount wrote: > > Tom > If you remember back to your cave course, I and numerous others took > advantage of the posiedon first stage and then combuned it with Scubapro > G 250 seconds this combo works really good > Tom mount > > Thomas E O'Connor wrote: > > > > I've been using poseidon odin (jetstream) for cavediving on all my tanks, > > but I find them to be particularly sensitive to being dragged through the > > mud.
