Gee I sure hope that all divers take on this philosophy. This will
ensure that more and more strokes are "inspecting" thier own tanks for
"rust or corrosion".  I guess it wouldn't be important to make a look
for any hair line cracks.

Nature works well... the ignorant surely will be killed (Process of
natural selection).
