Below that > it's usually 4C all year. Getting used to the gear is part of the hogarth method in my opinion too. Which is another good reason for diving this rig for any dive. Doubles might be overkill for some of them but if they are comfortable and you are used to them, then why not dive them? I did my first for real drysuit dive today. While our temps don't get as cold as yours do, it was great diving it.
