Mike,

Don't waste your time. This Welzel character ranks up there with the
biggest, dumbest, and horrifying North Florida rednecks you can find.  His
stupidity is simply unbelieveable.....but remember, he was/is a lifeguard,
he knows how to handle a tenuous and panic stricken situation. WOW!
