I hate to admit it but I don't know what unit of currency an "=A" is.
Can you relate this to US$, British Pounds, French Franc's or the ever
popular Canadian Loony (Canada converted from dollars to Loonies some 
years ago to better relect the countries fiscal policy)?

Is this a fixed volume fraction semiclosed circuit unit?
Any idea what the potential variation in FO2 is, what the volume 
fraction is?
