On the picture of George on Jeff Bentley's web page, there's what appears
to be the long hose running down from the right regulator and going
between the tank and the wings.  Now, the pictures are a bit grainy and
could be fooling me, so maybe I'll have to spring for a copy of the
high-resolution version of the pictures from Dave Mabry.
