No body who dives SERIOUSLY is embarressed by riches! - the recent 'for
sales' have been second stages (including 4 of mine). No doubt about the
first stage mechanics, it's just that the seconds are unecceseraly
complicated. They are not much use for scootering with unless you close
off the radial exhaust openings. 

Cold water freeflows are 99.9 percent 1st stage related. Using the
Poseidon 1st's with something like a G250 or Oceanic Delta second makes
for a nicer breathe and the 'performance' (if you can quantify that) is
not affected.
