Subject: Mouthpieces on regs.

George, or any WKPP divers,

What do you do about custom mouthpieces on regs. I use one of the
"mold to your mouth" type mouthpiece which is very comfortable and produces
NO jaw fatigue. I apparently have a non-standard mouth and a regular
mouthpiece becomes uncomfortable relatively quickly.

So, If I was doing a ridiculously long dive like you guys wind up
doing, I would love to have a custom mouthpiece on the long hose, but then I
got to thinkin', when another diver yanks it out of your mouth it would be
substantially harder for the diver in trouble to get it in his mouth as it
is much larger than a standard mouthpiece.

So the real question is, Do you use custom mouthpieces or do you
consider them a problem in an emergency?
