For those interested, it's my understanding that the Spherical
bottles were non-magnetic for the military and were made from Inkonol (sp)
or something like it, not to mention to military spec which makes EVERYTHING
more expensive. With these wonderful spheres, even a home-made magnetometer
couldn't pick you up as you mined a ship! Ain't technology grand. BTW, the
current MK16 manufactured for the military by Carlton, is costing the
military almost $44,000.00 USD now. The CCR500 is really sounding like a
deal... heck the CCR15.5 and CCR1000 and Mk15 and Cis-Lunar (almost missed
it Rich!) all sound like great deals.
