I'm using Mk20 first stages on both sides (and G250 seconds). JJ is my instructor, and with his help my hose routing is now quite clean (but not as clean as the Poseidons!). My Mk20s are currently yoke, but I think I'll convert them to DIN early next year. Left post: Mk20 is tilted to the right, not quite to horizontal. The short hose goes off to the right, and the HP hose goes almost straight down (to be clipped off on the hip D-ring). The key is to use the LP port on the end of the swivel -- I was warned not to do this when I bought the regulator (the owner said it wasn't a port!), but JJ set me straight on that point. Right post: Mk20 is tilted slightly to the right, but almost vertical. Long hose is in the LP port on the end of the swivel, and runs straight down behind the wings to the light canister, and you know the rest. BC inflator hose comes out of one of the remaining LP ports, over the top of the wings, then along the corrugated hose (retained by inner-tube). I'm not using a drysuit, but I believe its inflator hose could be added quite cleanly to the left post Mk20, at one of the LP ports that would run perpendicular to the short hose. Hope this helps. Scubapro has a nice web site with pictures and specs of their regulators if that helps to visualize... http://jwa.com/scubapro/products/regulators/regulators.html When I say right and left, I mean looking from back-to-front. Also, it was a major improvement to get a shorter inflator hose -- the one that came with the (DiveRite Original) Wings was several inches too long. Standard HP hose is too long as well. BTW, the swivel I refer to is just the part of the Mk20 where the LP ports are, not an add-on swivel that you might see some people install down near their second stage... there's no need for that sort of thing. - Todd > Date: Tue, 5 Nov 96 18:11:43 AKS > To: <techdiver@terra.net> > From: "Lind, Kent" <Kent.Lind@no*.go*> > Subject: Hogarthian setup and ScubaPro regs > > Just wondering if any of you guys using a Hogarthian doubles setup are using > ScubaPro 1st stages?
