Subject: Re: Moral obligation to make incident reports?

I have yet to meet anyone more anxious to learn of incidents involving IWR
than am I - *especially* unsuccessful incidents. However, I also respect
a person's decision not to divulge details that they do not wish to (I'm
not a big fan of the "People's Right to Know" when it comes to issues
concerning private individuals). This person may be branded as a hypocrit
for having crticized someone else for keeping quiet in the past, but I
don't see that as justification for twisting said person's arm to speak
now.

Aloha,
Rich

me some messages I can fwd to this person, to encourage him to empty his
