Subject: Moral obligation to make incident reports?

Hi all

Recently I have been informed of an interesting happening regarding 
in-water recompression.

One of the people involved has critisised others for not publishing an incident
report, but seems to now have a short memory when the tables are turned. As it
would be of interest to many on this list, please send me some messages I can
fwd to this person, to encourage him to empty his closet.
