Good point, Herve. Put your wrist items on after you put the harness on, otherwise they catch and damage the seals. The harness must be tight to hold bottles in and keep the doubles stable - this allows much better body control. Do not use any releases, especially anything plastic in a harness - only a complete moron would do that.
