Find someone to make you a SS plate.  I had a 12# plate made up and need no
weight with a drysuit.  You may be able to get away with an 8# plate and a
V-weight, but you shouldn't need that much weight if you are diving LP
steels.

Awesome video, simply awesome. Anyone on the list who doesnt have a copy and 
is considering or involved with advanced forms of diving should invest IMO.
