Thanks George. I'm not fat. 5' 9" and weigh 12 stone, with no excess fat anywhere. I have a CF200 suit and dive in the 12C sea water. Before going ahead and spending all the money "Doing It Right" because I have a stroke configuration at the moment, I want to look ahead and see what my options are if I should need more weight. Especially if I'm doing a dive without stage/deco tanks and in an emergency have breathed the tanks to near empty. With your extensive knowledge of diving cylinders what would be the equivalent to the ones you recommend in the UK. I'm not sure they exist as such. Buying the TLS350 suit as you seem to use, would require less weight but is not an option cost wise for the moment, would it offer as much insulation as the CF200 anyway? I understand that the cave water is warmer were you dive, about 21C I read somewhere. I appreciate your exposures are 10 time that which I would reach wreck diving. Best regards from a stroke trying to get it right. Lawrence. ----------
